Height 25-30 ft.: lfts. linear or ensiform, obtuse but somewhat obliquely bifid, delicate gray beneath, the petioles dark, brownish red: spadix 3-4 ft. long, the branches nearly alternate, about 18 in. long. Sumatra. Var. Duvivierianum, Pynaert. Lf.- stalks brightly colored. Malay Archipelago. CH
