Arborescent ferns suitable only for the warm-house: about 3-4 1/2 ft. tall: lvs. large, tufted, double-pinnate, all similar: sori continuous, close to the midrib on each side: receptacle elevated; the involucre narrow, of the form of sorus, leathery, at first wrapped over the sorus, later spreading. — About 5 species, Hawaiian Isl.
