Teucrium fruticans, Linn. Shrub 2-3 ft. high, divaricate branching: lvs. ovate, entire, obtuse, glabrous above, white or reddish brown, tomentose beneath, petioled: floral lvs. similar, smaller: racemes terminal or lateral on short branches, few-fld.; peduncles 1-fld., shorter than the calyx: fls. blue; calyx campanulate, tomentose; corolla-lip twice longer than the calyx.
