Liatris graminfolia, Pursh. St. comparatively slender, 2-3 ft. high, striped with light green lines: leaves ciliate toward the base, with scattered hispid hairs: spike less dense, often becoming racemose; head 1/2 in. long; bracts of involucre punctate, rounded at the apex.
