Doronicum caucasicum, Bieb. Glabrous except as noted above: lvs. crenate-dentate, lower st.-lvs. eared at the base of the stalk, the blade subcordate, highest ones cordate to half-clasping; lvs. near the mil. linear-lanceolate. Shady woods of Caucasus, Sicily, etc. B.M. 3143. Gn. 28 p. 512., which shows sts. with 1 fl. and 1 If.—Fls. 2 in. across.
