Eucalyptus alpina, Lindl. Shrub, 12 ft. high:lvs. inequilaterally semi-ovate, blunt, acute on young shoots, 2-4 in. long, thick and leathery: fls. sessile in the If .-axils, solitary or few: fr. hemispherical, ¾-1 in. wide, not angular; rim broad; valves protruding. Sept.-Nov. F.v.M. Eucal. 2:1.
