Haberlea rhodopensis, Friv. Like a very small gloxinia, and clothed everywhere with soft, spreading hairs, except the corolla: lvs. 2-3 in. long, obovate- or ovate-oblong, obtuse, coarsely crenate, thick, leathery, few-nerved: calyx 5-cleft; corolla pale lilac.
