Haemanthus lescrauwaetii, Wildem. Lvs. sheathed at the base, 4-8 in a group, about 7-8 in. long, with 8-9 nerves on each side of the midrib: infl. racemose, the ultimate, umbellate clusters almost round, about 4 in. diam.; fls. rose-colored, showy, the tube short, the segms. linear, about 1/3 in. long.
