Masdevallia coriacea, Lindl. Lvs. linear-lanceolate, usually somewhat surpassing the erect, 1-fld., spotted peduncles, which are about 6 in. high: fls. fleshy, the calyx- lobes nearly equal and wide-spreading, triangular at base but gradually narrowed into long points or short tails: lobes greenish yellow and dotted crimson inside; petals white and crimson. Colombia. G.C. III. 21:95.—Lvs. 6-8 in. long, with purplish dotted petioles.
