Read about Begonia argenteo-guttata in the Standard Cyclopedia of Horticulture

Begonia argenteo-guttata, Hort. (B. albo-picta x B. olbia). Fig. 529. Profusely branching: Lvs. shining green, ovate-acuminate, slightly lobed, smooth, 2½ in. wide, 3-5 in. long, thickly dotted with white spots: fls. in clusters, variable; petals white, tinged with pink: caps, rose-pink.—Intro, by Lemoine, 1889. Well worth a place in a collection on account of its decorative foliage.
