An elegant spiny shrub or small tree, with drooping branches and pretty white fls., produced in summer: Lvs. small, oblong-cuneate, alternate and nearly sessile Yi~\ in. long: fls. small, lateral or terminal, mostly terminal in broad pyramidal panicles.
