Androsace foliosa, Duby (A. sarmentosa var. foliosa. Hook. f.). Stolons thick, brownish, naked: Lvs. all basal, obovate or ovate, sessile but base attenuated, mucro- nate or acute, ciliate, 1½ in. or less long: scape pilose, much exceeding Lvs.; fls. flesh-colored becoming whitish.
