Tufted, loose-pubescent: Lvs. large and thick, cordate, with rounded basal lobes, mostly acute at the apex, margin ciliate, glabrous and mottled above: fl. stout-stalked, the lobes often ovate and long- pointed, the ovary inferior; styles 6.
