Microlepia platyphylla, J. Smith. Rootstock stout, scaly: lvs. 3-4 ft. long, on stout stalks, tripinnatifid; ultimate divisions broad, bluntish, toothed, oblong, deltoid; sori 2-12 to a segm., 1 in each tooth. India to Japan.
