Nepenthes rowanae, F. M. Bailey. Plant stout, erect: pitchers large, dull crimson - green to crimson; peristome cylindric in front, expanded widely behind. G.C. III. 22:338, desc.. J.H.S. 22:192.—An Australian species, first found and illustrated by Mrs. Ellis Rowan, and which may yet be a well-known horticultural form.
