Quamoclit vitifolia, Don (Calboa vitifolia, Cav.). A perennial twining glabrous vine: lvs. entire or 3-lobed. the middle lobe constricted below: peduncles elongated, several-fld.: corolla about 1 in. long, the yellowish tube expanding above into a scarlet, deeply 5-lobed limb, the exserted stamens elongated and declinate. S. Mex.
