Aechmea mariae-reginae, Wendl. Smaller than the last in all its parts: petals blue-tipped when young, fading to crimson like the bracts, half as long again as the mealy cuspidate sepals; fl.-bracts entire, small, not showy: bract-lvs. toothed.
