Pimelea imbricata, R. Br. Small erect shrub, much branched, from less than 1/2 - 1 1/2 ft- high, usually clothed with long, silky hairs, but sometimes glabrous: lvs. usually crowded, alternate or opposite, oblong- lanceolate to linear; involucral lvs. similar to stem- lvs., much shorter than fls.: fls. white, outside hairy; tube cylindrical, heads terminal, globular, many-fld. W. Austral. B.M. 3833 (as P. nana, and which is included under var. piligera in Fl. Austral.). CH
