Geum triflorum, Pursh (Sieversia ciliata, Pursh). Low, softly hairy: lfts. very numerous and crowded, deeply cut: fls. 3 or more on long peduncles; calyx purple, as long as the petals. Coulter says the petals are erect. Arctic Amer. L.B.C. 17:1609. Fruit showy and interesting all summer. CH
