A houseplant. According to a houseplant guide book, the following are all names for this plant:

• Arrowhead plant
• Goosefoot
• Nephthytis
• Syngonium podophyllum

• Arrowhead Philodendron
• Trileaf Wonder

It also says that the common name Nephthytis is actually incorrect, originally given because it looked similar to the African genus. The American species were reclassified to their own genus in 1879, which I assume is Syngonium.
