Maxillaria tenuifolia, Lindl. Rhizomes erect, bearing ovate- compressed pseudobulbs at irregular intervals: lvs. linear-lanceolate, acute, recurved, grass-like, plane: fls small, spotted and shaded with purple and yellow; sepals ovate-lanceolate, margins revolute, reflexed; petals ovate, acute, erect; labellum oblong, reflexed, with an entire, oblong callus. Spring. Mex. B.R. 25:8.—Not valuable.
