Acacia stenophylla is a fast-growing tree that grows 4-10m tall.[1] It is native to Australia and is widely planted in landscapes in the Southwest USA. It is not listed as a threatened species.[2] It has medium salt and frost tolerance. The average minimum annual rainfall that the tree needs is around 400mm/yr.[1] Acacia stenophylla is said to contain medicinal alkaloids.[3]
