Campsidium valdivianum, Seem. (C. chilense, Reissek & Seem. Tecoma valdiviana. Phil.). Climbing, to 50 ft.: branches angular, glabrous: lvs. glabrous, 4-6in. long; lfts. usually 11-13, sessile, elliptic-oblong, ¾-l½ in. long, serrate near the apex or almost entire: racemes pendulous, 6-10-fld.; fls. about 1½ in. long, orange: caps. :3-4 in. long, narrowly elliptic-oblong.
