Aerides vandarum, Reichb. f. (.4. cylindricum, Hook.). St. slender, round: lvs. terete, grooved on the upper surface, up to 8 in. long: fls. single or in few-fld. racemes, white, about 2 in. long; sepals and petals undulate, the former obovate-oblong, the latter nearly rhomboidal; lip 3-lobed, the lateral lobes linear-falcate, the middle lobe broadly obcordate; spur subulate.
