Tellima grandiflora (Fringecups, Bigflower Tellima) is a herbaceous perennial of the family Saxifragaceae. It is a native of most forests in western North America. Frequently grown in gardens, it has escaped and become established in some other areas, e.g. Great Britain. The small green, white or purple flowers are born in spikes and the petals are deeply fringed. It is the only species in the genus Tellima. [1] [2]
