Miltonioda. Orchidaceae. Bigeneric hybrids of Miltonia and Cochlioda. M. Cooperi is a garden hybrid between Miltonia Warscewiczii and Cochlioda Noetzliana; fls. brick-red with lighter tip to labellum, in slender branched spikes. M. Harwoodii is a garden hybrid between Miltonia vexillaria and Cochlioda Noetzliana. Fl. about 2 in. long, the sepals and broader petals bright cerise-rose; lip miltonia-like, cream-white freckled with rose. M. Lindenii is a garden hybrid probably of Cochlioda vulcanica and Miltonia Phalaenopsis.
