Nemophila phacelioides, Nutt. Sparsely hairy, 1-2 ft. tall: lvs., all but earliest, alternate; lf. segms. obtuse, margin slightly ciliate; lower lvs. narrowed into a short naked petiole; lobes notched at end: corolla bell-shaped, blue with white or pale center: seeds slightly pitted. Low ground. W. N. Amer., Ark., Texas. B.R. 740. B.M. 2373.
