Oenothera serrulata, Nutt. (Meriolix serrulata, Walp.). Biennial or perennial: slender, simple or branched, about 1 ft. high but variable in stature, nearly glabrous to canescent: Lvs. linear to lanceolate, 1-3 in. long, usually acute, attenuate to the base, sharply dentate: petals broad-obovate, ¼ in. long, wavy-margined. Minn., west and south. Mn. 7:41.
