Echeveria pulvinata, Rose (Cotyledon pulvinata, Hook.). Sts. 4-6 in. high, somewhat branching, becoming naked below: young branches, lvs. and sepals covered with a velvety pubescence: lvs. clustered in rosettes at the top branches, about 1 in. long, very thick: fls. in a leafy raceme; corolla scarlet, sharply 5-angled. Mex.—This is a very distinct echeveria, with a remarkable pubescence. CH
