Hakea ulicina, R. Br. Shrub with erect branches and dense foliage resembling ulex: lvs. Narrowly linear, acute, flat, entire, 1-8 in. long, rarely over 1/8 in. wide, prominently 1-3-nerved beneath: fls. very small, glabrous: caps, mostly under ½ in. long, the beak short and straight. Var. carinata, F. MueU. (H. carinata, F. Muell.). Lvs. mostly 1-nerved beneath, nerveless above.
