Oncidium curtum, Lindl. Lvs. and pseudobulbs like those of O. crispum: infl. an erect, much-branched pyramidal panicle; fls.1-1½ in. across; lateral sepals united, rather small; dorsal sepals and petals obovate-obtuse, yellow, with reddish brown bars and blotches; labellum with small lateral lobes and a roundish, notched middle lobe, yellow bordered with brown; crest lobed and warted, yellow, with red spots. Brazil. B.R. 33:68. Gn. 10, p. 131; 31, p. 198; 34, p. 87.—Blossoms in spring, the fls. remaining fresh for several weeks.
