Pentstemon angustifolius, Pursh (P. caeruleus, Nutt.). Fig. 2862. Mostly lower: lvs. linear to lanceolate, those at the base of the fl.-cluster usually exceeding the fls.: infl. usually close; fls. blue, varying to lilac or white. Dakota to Colo, and New Mex. G.M. 54:377.—Seems to run into P. acuminatus. CH
