Lebidieropsis orbicularis, Muell. Arg. (Cleistanthus collinus, Benth .) leaves 1 1/2-4 in- long, l 1/2-3 in. wide, leathery, broadly ovate or elliptic, tip rounded or retuse, glaucous beneath, 5-8 pairs of nerves: flowers silky, 3-6 in a cluster; petals fleshy, narrow: seeds 2 lines thick, chestnut- brown. India. — Variable in lf.-form and hairiness. CH
