Hawthoria radula, Haw. (H. radula multiperla, Haw. Aloe radula, Jacq. A. radula media, Salm. Apicra radula, Willd.). Cespitose: lvs. upcurved-spreading, very long-acuminate, flattened above, ¾ x2 ½ -3 in., green, with irregularly crowded minute tubercles on both faces: infl. \Yi ft. high, branched; fls. green- and rosy-lined. Cape. Jacq., Schoenbr. 422. Salm, Aloe §6, f. 8. Berger 28.
