Polystichum munitum, Kaulf. (Aspidium munitum, Kaulf.). Stalks 4-12 in. long, chaffy at base or throughout; pinnae long, linear-acuminate, serrate or doubly serrate; sori in a single row midway from midrib to margin. Utah northward and westward.
