Rubus leucodermis, Douglas (R. occidentalis var. leucodermis, Card). Branches often yellow-tinged: lfts. more coarsely dentate-serrate, sometimes nearly incise-serrate, more gradually acuminate, yellowish green above, the prickles strong and more hooked and those of the infl. flattened laterally: fr. reddish black or black. Rocky Mts. and west to the Coast Range.
