Quisqualis indica, Linn. (Celastrus nutans, Hort. Reasoner, not Roxbg.). Rangoon Creeper. Lvs. 4 in. long, nearly glabrous: calyx-tube extremely long (2-3 in.), slender, green; calyx-teeth triangular, acute, not acuminate; petals rose or scarlet: fr. with very sharp angles but hardly winged.
