Artemisia ludoviciana, Nit Western Muowort. White Sage. Erect or ascending herb, 2-3 ft., white-tomentose or Lvs. becoming greenish above: Lvs. linear to oblong, the lower ones toothed or parted, the upper ones entire: heads small, bell-shaped, paniculate. Plains and banks, W. Intro. 1891.
