Adiantum tinctum, Moore. Lvs. on stalks 4-6 in. long, the blades 2-pinnate, deltoid, the stalks black, glossy, naked, the segms. rhomboid, 3-4 lines long, the lower edge straight, the inner parallel to the rachis or just overlapping it, the outer eage bluntly lobed, sori round, on ultimate lobes.
