Hieracium nivale, Froel. White Hawkweed. Differs from H. ramosum chiefly in having white fls. and glaucous, somewhat leathery lvs., which are not hairy on the margin. A white hawkweed is advertised and, according to some, this is the only white-fld. species in the genus. Tyrolese Alps.
