Elymus giganteus, Vahl. Giant Siberian Rye-grass. A tall species resembling E. condensatus: spike 1 ft. or more long; glumes narrow below, subulate above, longer than the several florets; lemmas pubescent, awnless. Siberia.—Sometimes cult. as an ornamental.
