Manihot carthaginensis, Muell. Arg. (M. Janipha, Pohl. Jatropha carthaginensis, Jacq.). Yuquilla. Tree: lvs. 5-7-lobed; lobes lyrate-sinuate; stipules entire: fls. racemose; calyx glabrous, about ½ in. long: caps, not wing-angled. S. Texas to Venezuela in sandy soil.
