Miltonia russelliana, Lindl. (Oncidium Russellianum, Lindl.). Pseudobulbs ovate, ribbed, 2-lvd.: lvs. narrowly lanceolate: fl.-sts. dark purple, few-fld.: sepals and petals ovate-oblong, somewhat undulate, brownish purple with green margins; labellum oblong-cuneate, retuse, apiculatc, violet, the crests or lamella; on the disk margined with white. Dec. Brazil. B.R. 1830. P.M. 7:217.—Fls. rather small and dull in color.
