Neolauchea (the type species flowered in the collection of Prince Johannes Liechtenstein, in honor of whose gardener, Herr Lauche, the genus was named). Orchidaceae. One species, a native of Brazil, has been described. Primary sts. pro-repent, secondary sts. thickened into 1-lvd. pseudobulbs: infl. terminal; peduncle filiform, 1-fld.; pollinia 8. Closely allied to Coelia.
