Oncidium phymatochilum, Lindl. Pseudobulbs broadly fusiform, 4-5 in. long, purplish brown, with several large scales at the base: Lvs. membranous, oblanceolate, 12-14 in. long: scape rather slender, over 1 ft. long, with a pendent panicle more than a foot long: sepals and petals linear-subulate, flaccid and somewhat twisted, greenish yellow, with deep orange blotches; labellum shorter than the sepals, white, with a yellow and orange crest: the middle lobe triangular-ovate, acuminate.
