Sempervivum moggridgei, De Smet. Rosettes 2 in. diam.: lvs. about 100 to a rosette, 3/4 in. long, elongate-cuneate or oblanceolate, green, glabrous, margins minutely ciliate, tips acute and hairy tufted; cauline lvs., the lower oblanceolate, 3/4 in. long, tips bearded, pale green, tips reddish, the upper more oblong: cyme 3-4 times forked: fls. 10-12-merous, 3/4 in. diam.; calyx glandular-pubescent, segms. linear, obtuse; petals lanceolate, acuminate, apiculate. S. Eu. B.M. 6610.—Allied to S. arachnoideum. CH
