Sobralia fragrans, Lindl. A small species with sts. about 1 ft. high: lvs. 1 or 2, oblong-lanceolate, 4-5 in. long: fls. 2-3 on a long peduncle, about 2 in. long, pale sulfur-yellow; sepals oblong, spreading; petals similar but erect; middle lobe of the labellum fimbriate on the margin and having many fimbriated crests. Colombia. B.M. 4882.—One of the smallest of the genus. CH
